Introducing the Pip Campus learning loop
Most trading education stops at the course library. You buy lessons, you watch them once, and the platform never speaks to you again. Pip Campus is built differently — as a loop between what you learn and how you actually trade.
Over the last several months we shipped six interconnected systems that turn the dashboard from a content shelf into a feedback machine.
1. Quest Mode — interactive lessons that adapt
Every module now contains four lesson types instead of just videos:
- Intro — short video + captioned summary
- Scenario — a real chart with a decision tree (long, short, or pass)
- Drill — timed multiple-choice under pressure
- Boss — a longer challenge that unlocks the next module
You burn a "life" on wrong answers, regenerate lives daily, and chain a streak that powers the leaderboard. 28+ lessons across six modules. Explorer (free) gets full Module 1 plus the first lesson of Modules 2 and 3 — enough to know if Quest Mode clicks for you.
2. AI Expert Desk — seven personas, real portfolio context
Pip AI was one chat assistant. The Expert Desk is seven:
- Coach — generalist, friendly, free on Explorer
- Risk Coach — sizing, R:R, correlation hygiene
- NASDAQ Strategist — equity index reads
- Crypto Analyst — on-chain + price action
- FX Macro — central bank, rates, currency pairs
- Commodities — gold, oil, ag
- Setup Scanner — watchlist-driven technical setup ideas (Pro Trader)
Each persona streams responses in real time and reads your portfolio context where relevant. A panel mode lets you query two experts side-by-side.
3. AI Mentor sessions — written 1-on-1 coaching
A mentor session is not another chat. You pick a topic ("Why am I cutting winners early?"), the AI mentor reads your recent portfolio, your journal entries, and your onboarding goal, and produces a structured written plan: summary, strengths, concerns, prioritised action items, a personalised paragraph, and quick takeaways you can screenshot.
Trader gets 2 sessions / month. Pro Trader gets 4. ~30 seconds to render. We deliberately chose text over voice — voice was 100× the cost with no real coaching upside for this use case.
4. Prop-Firm Sim — monthly tournament with real rules
A paper trading account that feels like a prop firm: 10% max drawdown, 8% profit target, max open positions cap, 5-minute mark-to-market via cron. Hit the target without breaching DD and you qualify for prizes. Break DD and you're eliminated for the contest — there's no second life.
Plan upgrade prizes for the top finishers in v1. Real cash prop-firm vouchers later, after we've seen a few cycles run cleanly.
5. PipCoin Marketplace — community creator economy
Trader+ subscribers can list trading content for sale priced in PipCoins:
- Scenario sets
- Indicator configurations
- Drill packs
- Watchlist templates
- Journal collections
Trader sellers keep 70%, Pro Trader sellers keep 80%. The platform fee is a coin sink — it permanently removes coins from supply so the economy doesn't inflate. Buyers get a 24h refund window. Closed-loop: PipCoins never convert to fiat, which keeps the platform out of money-transmitter territory.
6. Private channels, public journal, daily briefing
The community lives inside the app now:
- Public trade journal — share write-ups, get reactions and comments, follow mentor-curated picks
- Private channels — Slack-style. Trader gets general + Q&A; Pro Trader unlocks signals, mentor-room, and advanced
- Daily AI briefing — personalised summary in your inbox + push notification, scheduled to your timezone
- Weekly performance PDF — your habits, behavioural flags, best/worst trades, AI-generated coaching bullets
Plus the boring-but-load-bearing stuff: AI Risk Guard on every Pro Trader position, web push notifications with intent-based permission asking (never on first login), a cosmetics shop tied to the same coin economy, and A/B testing infrastructure so we can keep iterating without guessing.

If you've been around since the early "6 games" era, welcome to the loop. The games are still there — but they're just one stop on a much longer track now.
