Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Polar (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Tax handling is included.

Yes — 14-day free trial on Trader and Pro Trader. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing page. Pro-rated charges apply when upgrading.
Do I keep my progress if I cancel?
Yes. Your progress, badges, and content access stay. You only lose access to Trader/Pro Trader-exclusive features.
I subscribed before the rename — am I affected?
No. Existing subscriptions keep their current price for 12 months (legacy price lock). You're moved to the equivalent new tier name automatically (free → Explorer, pro → Trader, elite → Pro Trader).
What are PipCoins? Can I cash them out?
PipCoins are an in-platform virtual currency you earn through learning and spend on cosmetics and marketplace listings. PipCoins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat or transferred off-platform — they're a closed-loop economy by design.
How do AI Mentor sessions work?
A mentor session is a structured, AI-generated written coaching plan. You pick a topic, the mentor reads your portfolio + journal + onboarding goal, and ~30 seconds later you get a personalised plan with strengths, concerns, action items and quick takeaways. Trader: 2 sessions / month. Pro Trader: 4 sessions / month.
